I am the young woman who desided to change my career from sports to the life in the sweet kitchen. Off course my heart still beats for dancing and running, I mean, it is a perfect combo to mix a healthy hobby with the sweet Pastry life.
I started my journey in Switzerland in October 2015 at the school Culinary Arts Academy where I spent six intense months to learn as much as possible about Pastry and chocolate trends. After those months I went for my internship at the wonderful hotel Castello Banfi in Tuscany, Italy. That was the best descision in my life. Because today I have the honor to work there as their Pastry Chef.
